Who is MyPack?
MyPack was founded and created by Saya Ruiz. Saya is a Trans man of color who was born and raised in California.
When was MyPack started?
MyPack initially launched a Kickstarter in July 2020, that finished in September 2020, having raised all the funds needed. Once production for the Kickstarter had finished, the MyPack website was launched officially in December 2020!
What is MyPack?
MyPack is an undergarment, designed to help alleviate gender dysphoria for the trans, non-binary and gender non conforming community.
Why was MyPack created?
Saya has been packing since he was 17, but never found an option that truly helped to ease his gender dysphoria. Most of them didn't hold his packer in place securely, causing so much unnecessary worry. So he started making his own. For years, saya had been making his own packing straps, which was the start of MyPack. After years and years of working out what worked best for him, The MyPack Classic packing strap was born. The MyPack Classic Packing strap was designed to hold your packer securely, no more worrying about it falling down your leg or onto the bathroom floor. MyPack was also designed to give you the most realistic look and sensation when wearing. The pouch is designed to move like a cis phallus would, while also holding your packer safely, opening you up to a whole new world of activities without the worry.
what happens after my order is placed?
Please note all orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy and then a 4-6 business day (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) fulfillment time as all orders are assembled once we receive them. . Every waistband and pouch are sewn together by Saya himself and fulfilled and packaged by Ally-rose. This 4-6 day window allows us a realistic work time to be able to assemble and ship you items.
How do I know what size to get?
To work out your waistband size, we suggest measuring around your hips and then looking at the sizing chart located at the bottom of every product page. If you find you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down one size. If you find you are smaller then an XS or larger then a 3XL, we are happy to offer you custom waistband sizing. Please just list the size needed in the notes section upon checkout. To work out your pouch size, we suggest measuring your packers complete length (we find some company only list the phallus length and not the total length of the packer.) To measure your packer we advise you to lay the packer on top of a ruler, this will give you an easy way to determine the full length of the profile. Once you have that measurement, you can look at our sizing chart and see which pouch your packer would fit in. Please note that the pouch sizes listed on the chart are the pouches total size and not what size packer would fit. E.g Small pouch is 4" in total length, Meaning packers under 4" would work best for this pouch.
How do i know what pouch size works for me?
Everyones preferences when it comes to what packer is best them is different. We advise everyone to measure their packers before choosing a pouch size, as companies do not always supply the total length of the packer. then we would advise going to the bottom of each of a product page and having a look at the sizing chart. Our sizing chart not only tells you our waistband sizes in Inches, but it also tells you how big each pouch is in inches too! this way you can get the best fit for your Packer!.
I fall in-between sizes/My packer is heavy, what should I do?
If you find that your waistband size falls between two of our sizes or that your worried about your packer being too heavy, we always suggest sizing down. If you size up, the waistband would be too large. All our waistbands have a fair amount of stretch to them, So you'll be able to comfortably size down whether you're unsure about size, or worried about how heavy your packer is.
What activities can I do in MyPack?
MyPack allows you to do everything you love to do! Swim, Hike, Bike ride, you name it, MyPack allows you to do it freely without having to worry about your junk! MyPack is made from a water repellent material, this makes it perfect for water sports, as well as wicking sweat away from the body while working out, or just in your day to day activities.
Is Your Packaging discreet?
We at MyPack know how important safety is for our community, thats why all our orders are shipped in plain white poly mailers with no branding or logo on the packaging. We do have our company name, MyPack, as part of the return address. This is so that if a package is returned to us for any reason, it is able to be delivered to our P.O Box correctly. We are happy to offer an opinion of no company name as part of the return address, just let us know in the notes upon check out. ( Please note that any order that is shipped without a company name is not guaranteed to be returned to us if delivery is unsuccessful. we apologize for this inconvenience)
Do you offer free/discounted shipping?
As a small start up business, we cannot offer discounted or free shipping at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! Please note that some countries are subject to customs fees. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Packages are handed across to the destination countries local postal service.
What are your customer service hours?

How long does shipping take?
For orders inside the U.S, it can take 5-7 days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow a minimum of 20-35 days for your order to arrive. However, due to the recent covid-19 pandemic, as well as USPS being understaffed, some delays may occur in your delivery time.
Whats your return policy?
MyPack doe not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. If your item arrives faulty, Please reach out to us, and we'll work to rectify this for you. You will be responsible for any shipping costs if the item needs to be sent back to us.
